Insurance

Civil Liability Insurance (Until August 20)

Insured interest: Civil Liability Spectators derived from the organization of the exhibition "AAPG ICE 2019 - International Conference & Exhibition”.

Currency: US Dollars

Assured Amount/Sum: USD 500.000.- Per event and in the policy aggregate.

Scope of coverage: República Argentina.

Location of risk: Hilton Hotel – Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires

Coverage:
Civil Liability Basic viewers, with the following additional:
Fire Lightning and explosion, electric shock, gas leak.
- Assembly and Dismantling of stands.
- Provision of food and beverages on a non-onerous basis.
- Posters and / or signs in the placements of the insured (includes awnings and canopies). - Loading and unloading of goods outside the insured premises, excludes damage to the load.

Deductible: 10% of the compensable amount, minimum USD 2,500, maximum USD 12,500 per event.

Validity: 26/08/2019 to 31/08/2019

Work Accident Insurance (Until August 20)

Anyone worker who enters the exhibition, as stand builder or stand staff, must have a work accident insurance that covers all the risks besides his task in the exhibition.
